Celebration Village

Land Development Solutions staff provided planning, site design, and engineering as part of a design and build team for a multi-use development with a 20-screen theater, an IMAX theater, mixed-use retail, motels, offices and restaurants.

The development included designing public and private water main, public and private sanitary sewer, a storm water management plan with a drainage assessment district, and road network to support new buildings and strip centers.

Land Development Solutions coordinated review and approval of construction, roadway and signal improvements, and onsite and off-site utility extensions for Celebration! Village. Several agencies were involved with the reviews and approvals, including Kent County Road Commission, Michigan Department of Transportation, Michigan Department of Environmental Quality and the City of Grand Rapids.

Multiple jurisdictional reviews and approvals were required for construction, roadway, signal improvements, and utility extensions for Celebration! Village. Land Development Solutions appointed a team to effectively communicate with the government agencies.
